The biggest news with our all-new LTi is the completely carbon fiber body. Advanced spacecraft, military aircraft, exotic sports cars, high-end yachts, and even high-end bikes and sporting equipment utilize carbon fiber. When low body weight, high performance, and unyielding strength are key in a vehicle, odds are its body is probably made with carbon fiber. While most of the RV and Expedition Vehicles in the marketplace are still using technologies developed in the 1950s, EarthRoamer has advanced to crafting with vacuum-infused, carbon-fiber construction. All LTi bodies are produced using a Vacuum Infusion Process (VIP) to create and bond two carbon fiber skins to a structural foam core, resulting in a monocoque carbon fiber body that is much stronger and lighter than any traditional RV or overland camper body.
It is a process that required a large investment in molds, highly-skilled composite technicians, and expensive materials, but we believe the benefits of the significantly lighter weight and higher strength create value for our customers that is worth the investment and cost. EarthRoamer LTi bodies are 100% designed and manufactured in house at our factory in Dacono, Colorado giving us complete control over quality and schedule.
Capacities
Covering long distances comfortably at highway speeds is essential on an extended expedition. The EarthRoamer LTi is easy to drive both on and offroad, and requires no special licensing. No other expedition vehicle on the planet offers the level of on and offroad versatility, capability, and comfort as the LTi.
The EarthRoamer LTi is designed from the ground up to be the ultimate adventure vehicle. Every LTi is built on a four-wheel drive Ford F-550 chassis with a quiet, efficient, and powerful 6.7L turbo diesel V8 engine. With a towing capacity of up to 10,000 pounds, you can bring along all of your toys. Wherever you take it, Ford’s premium Lariat interior trim package offers comfort and luxury not usually found in a rugged expedition vehicle.
The camper body of the EarthRoamer LTi is the strongest and most capable in the world. This is achieved by using a one-piece molded design with no seams to leak or fail structurally, creating a stronger, safer, and more reliable living space. Fiberglass sandwich construction is used in yacht hull and aircraft manufacturing, but EarthRoamer was the first to use this technology in expedition vehicle manufacturing. In addition to improved aesthetics, aerodynamics and thermal insulation, our one-piece bodies require no metal support structure which could lead to reduced insulation. Better insulation reduces heating and cooling energy requirements, which makes solar and battery power viable energy sources.
Together, our wheels, tires and suspension maximize ground clearance, approach, departure and break-over angles to achieve unparalleled off-road capability. Every EarthRoamer LTi is equipped with 41 inch military tires on beadlock wheels to handle all types of terrain. We install air ride suspension, King off-road shocks and heavy duty anti-sway bars, all specifically engineered for EarthRoamer. The suspension provides the ability to raise and lower each wheel or axle independently, improve clearances, and leveling at camp.
Count on our super bright LED off-road lighting package to guide you when the sun goes down. Every LTi features a 40” curved light bar integrated into our EarthRoamer designed front bumper, driving lights and fog lights. High mounted rear brake lights are visible when you are pulling a trailer providing an additional level of safety if your trailer lights fail.
Stay Awhile
You’ve discovered the perfect, remote campsite, now kick back and stay awhile. The ability to live comfortably offgrid for extended periods of time has been a cornerstone of EarthRoamer XVs since 1998. Quiet, efficient, non-polluting solar power, a large battery bank, highly efficient appliances and lighting, and huge fuel and fresh water capacities will sustain you indefinitely, all offgrid with no noisy generator or dangerous propane.
EarthRoamer expedition vehicles have system requirements very similar to those of yachts, with their need for reliability and operation under harsh conditions. Robust, reliable electrical system design and implementation is critical to a successful expedition vehicle design. Our electrical technicians have many years of experience and training, and are true craftsman who take great pride in their work.
Having enough fresh water on board to stay off grid for extended periods of time is essential in an expedition vehicle. Our massive 90 gallon fresh water supply will last from several days up to two weeks based on usage. EarthRoamer plumbing systems are designed to be reliable and robust, and to function even in below freezing temperatures. In addition, with a built-in air pressure system, they are designed to be quickly and easily winterized when not being used. Our black water cassette system is simple and convenient to empty without having to search far and wide for a standard RV dump station, which are often closed in winter.
The EarthRoamer LTi is a true four season expedition vehicle. Our diesel air heater keeps you warm and toasty even in subzero temperatures, while our highly efficient air conditioning system keeps you cool on hot summer days, without the need for a noisy generator. Our spacious cabin feels bright and airy with large, fully opening windows with bug screens and shades, dual cabin fans and a huge roof hatch over the bunk for plenty of air flow (and star gazing).Experience Luxury
Our intelligently designed interior offers generous space to relax, play games, work, watch movies – or whatever else you like to do in your leisure time. Our over-cab bunk makes a great lounge area for reading, watching TV or listening to music, while the main cabin space provides seating for 2-6 based on your floor plan. We efficiently utilize every inch of space to provide plenty of storage for all your food, clothes and gear.
There’s nothing better than sleeping under the stars, especially when you’re stargazing through the roof hatch of your EarthRoamer XV! Enjoy a king size memory foam bed in the bunk area, and options for comfy single beds or a queen down below. After a long day of adventure, the overcab bed is always ready and out of the way, with no cumbersome pop ups or slide outs to setup. The EarthRoamer LTi sleeps 2-4 people based on your floor plan.
Like the rest of the EarthRoamer camper design, our XV bathrooms are extremely space efficient yet highly functional. Our bathrooms are heated, have generous stand-up heights and contain a cassette toilet, toilet paper holder, hot/cold shower, compact “hand washing” sink, mirror, exhaust fan, clothes drying line, and a soap/shampoo dispenser with storage for small bath items. The molded gel-coated fiberglass wet-bath features easy to clean surfaces with radiused corners and gapless seam construction that prevents mold and mildew build-up.
Your EarthRoamer LTi provides everything necessary to prepare and enjoy meals inside the camper. While we frequently barbecue outside, it’s nice to know you have a comfortable and capable kitchen and dining area if the weather turns bad or the bugs get too big. Modern appliances like a stainless refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop and convection microwave are standard. Luxury touches like a granite countertop, touch faucet and deep stainless sink rival any home kitchen. Perhaps most importantly, enjoy a cup of joe with our securely mounted coffee maker, no matter how far afield you venture.
Outside is what it’s all about! While EarthRoamer XVs provide comfortable and capable interiors, it’s the “EarthRoamer back yard” that we like to brag about. The entire world becomes your back yard in an EarthRoamer. Get outside and enjoy it with our exterior kitchen package, electric awning and LED lighting around the camper. Avoid crowded campgrounds and choose your own view. Whether it’s a tranquil lake in the mountains, on the dunes in the desert, or on your own private seaside beach, the EarthRoamer LTi will take you there.

Taking Delivery
Our favorite moment at EarthRoamer is when an owner sees their rig for the first time; we know you’ve been waiting for this day, and so have we. When you take delivery of your new EarthRoamer, we provide a one-on-one, in-depth orientation led by one of our expert team leaders. You’ll hit the road with a thorough understanding of the entire vehicle and every system. We suggest camping close by, using the vehicle, and coming back to our shop the next business day with any questions.
Warranty and Service
No matter how rugged the expedition vehicle, it will only take you as far as your peace of mind will allow. We provide a 3 year/36,000 mile EarthRoamer warranty that covers all items we fabricate and our installation of components, while the factory Ford warranty provides 3 year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper coverage on the chassis, and 5 years/60,000 miles on the Power Train.
We’ve been improving and fine tuning our core systems for over 20 years so you can head into the wild with confidence. If you run into a question, our experienced service team knows each truck so well they can often walk you through the answer or diagnose issues over the phone. Our choice of the proven and reliable Ford F-550 chassis ensures that, should you need it, you can find service anywhere in the world.
LTi Floor Plans
With just as many floor plan options as the LTS, there is sure to be the perfect layout for each individual LTi off-road camper owner. The floor plans available for LTi are the Telluride, Gunnison, Breckenridge, Crestone, Durago, and Aspen.
The Telluride – Offers the greatest amount of seating with our longest sofas, small pantry, and shortest galley. Seats 6; Sleeps up to 4.
The Gunnison – This new floor plan offers a large amount of seating with one medium and one long sofa, small pantry, and medium galley. Seats 5; Sleeps up to 4.
The Crestone – This floor plan offers the same generous amount of kitchen and counter space as The Aspen as well as the additional galley storage on the passenger side. The driver side features a medium length sofa and a large pantry. Seats 3; Sleeps up to 3.
The Breckenridge – Our most popular floorplan, the Breckenridge features a dinette booth with dedicated work and eating space on the driver side. The dinette can convert to a 6’ bed. The passenger side offers the medium galley and medium sofa. Seats 4; Sleeps up to 4.
The Durango – This new floor plan features a dinette booth with dedicated work and eating space on the driver side. The dinette can convert to a 6’ bed. The passenger side offers a small galley and long sofa. Seats 5; Sleeps up to 4.
The Aspen – Maximizes the kitchen and counter space with our longest galley and additional galley storage on the passenger side. The driver side features the same dinette booth as the Breckenridge floor plan. Seats 3; Sleeps up to 3.
Standard Features
There’s no such thing as a “base” model EarthRoamer. Every EarthRoamer LTi comes loaded with features to get you off-road, off-grid and camping in luxury right out of the gates. We give you an epic platform to start; you make it your own with a variety of premium options, floor plans and luxe interior materials. How To Buy
Each EarthRoamer LTi is handcrafted and sold directly through our factory in Dacono, Colorado. Our waitlist is typically 7-10 months from the time of order. The initial deposit for LTi is $50,000, which is required along with a signed sales agreement in order to reserve the next production spot in your name. The base price of LTi is $620,000. A well equipped LTi will generally come out to a final price in the $680,000 – $730,000 range.
